IT'S A SCAM !!!!!!
Cash back is a myth. This company has no intention of fulfilling the advertised benefit.
When a qualified purchase is made, the consumer gets message "Your cash backis in the works" and then nothing.
There is no cash back in your account, no pending notation and when you try to report it...the system kicks you out. Customer service phone number is a dead end.
Don't fall for it...Its a SCAM!

I am a new Rakuten member of only a few weeks. I linked my card and attempted to order some items from TEMU through Rakuten on June 15.
It was my first use of the site , and I was very careful to follow directions in
order to receive the offered 18% cash back!
After receiving my purchase I received from Rakuten a message stating that my purchase and my welcome bonus were ineligible for cash back.
I do not understand, as I made the purchase in order to receive that offer.
Please explain! Thank you for your assistance

There is no customer service. You should be able to speak to someone when there is a problem. I sent an email, but I still have not gotten a reply.
Missing cash back no customer service phone number
No customer service phone number. When I was shopping on buckle where they said I could get cash back it never happened. Provide customer service phone number

Rakuten tKes 3+ months to "confirm" cash back amounts. They previously confirmed amounts rather quickly. I have never returned anything item and they started to not give cash backs for certain comoanies.
I have been ordering from Temu through Rakuten for quite a while. In the past, Rakuten confirmed cash backs quickly but now, all my cash backs are "pending" and have been for months.
I have never returned anything but Rakuten doesn't seem to want to pay what they advertise. Now they are stating that I need to earn around $5 in order to get paid at the next payout date.
WHAT THE HECK IS THEIR PROBKEM???
- Temu is great but rakuten has big problems giving cash backs

Never got the replacement check! You were supposed to send me a replacement check because I did not cash it in time!
Missing payment
answer call for information about missing check not received. senior citizen eighty plus years of age. Not good with computers, etc
Incorrect email address
There is none for all practical purposes. Very frustrating.
Impossible trying to get member support. Frustrating there are so many ways earn monetary rewards that it may not be worth it.
Have technical issues that need to be addressed. FAQ doesnt support what I need.
