Nothing was resolved and there is no real person to talk to
There is no real person to talk to. Just a recording saying they cant help me.
There should always be customer service with a real person. Online help does not help my issue!

Never received my check for August
I sent it already so when will I receive my check of $18.67?
This was supposed to be my August check dated August 15th and today is August 29th and still no check!!
Why shouldnt I be pissed?
Rakuten said my check is coming in
November!! What happened to my August check? If I do not receive a check for August , Im am discontinuing Rakuten!

The app states that I have a check for $50.28 that was mailed, but I have not received it. I think it got lost in the mail.

Unresponsive customer service
My account was suspended after making several large purchases and submitting several request for reward adjustments. Supplied the request 4x since December and account is still suspended. Will file a complaint to FTC and CFPB next.

I just want to request my check
I got an agent online; he directed me to a website where I would have to pay for help. No, I was not satisfied. I just wanted to change my password when the system wouldn't accept any that I changed it to.

Resolved: No response from customer service
Have been a member of Rakuten for many years. Recently I am not receiving Cash back for shopping trips.
Help is not available. When store & purchase date is entered, the online button just spins forever.
Phone calls to company state to check online help. FB messages go unanswered

Can't login to account to request my check. I when I try to change password
I didn't receive a verification email to change my password. Therefore, I can't request my check. Correct this problem and I'll be satisfied.

Took me forever to find a phone number because it's almost impossible to follow their instructions to delete your account. When I finally called I got a message that basically said they don't answer
Took forever to get a contact number. When I did the message basically said they don't answer calls.
When I finally did figure out how to cancel their app, they said that it could take 45 days to cancel it. Ridiculous!

Didn’t receive paychecks
I was supposed to get 27.25 in a check in the mail and 5.24 with 19.59 also in checks, but I didn't receive them in the mailbox.

Phone never arrived but money taken
My phone never arrived. Rakuten will not help me solve this issue with the seller.
They will not give my money back either. I have made a police report of the theft, as requested by the seller, yet they still will not help or reimburse me.
