Im a pissed consumer because I am trying to speak to a live person but keep getting g voice messages. What is wrong with this company.
Im searching for missing g cash that I should have had months ago. I opened a sofi account in June when the promotion was 125 cash back when opening an account. I have yet to receive this check. Please look into this.

Rakuten advised that they had a 15% cashback offer on Samsung mobile devices back in July and August when the new Galaxy Z Fold 6 was launched. I made two orders of the Z Fold 6 ($1619.99 on Jul.
18th and $719.99 on Jul. 23rd respectively) on Samsung's official website. However, I haven't received any cashback until today, 9/6/2024. Rakuten Customer Service emailed me a couple of times saying they had connected with Samsung and were waiting for Samsung's response or solution.
On 9/6/2024, I received another email from Rakuten's Customer Service, stating that Samsung could not verify the orders. Despite providing all the necessary information such as order numbers, order details, confirmation emails from Samsung, etc., Samsung could not identify the orders which are still listed on their official website. Eventually, Rakuten decided to offer me a '$50 promotional bonus', but it required another purchase to become eligible. If you do the math, 15% of $1619.99+$719.99 is $350, and now they want to pay only $50.
On top of that, I must make another purchase to get that $50. This is ridiculous and fraudulent.
I believe Rakuten made up that discount to lure people into purchasing these expensive devices. Who knows if they have some secret arrangement at play?

On Aug.10, as the cashback rate was raised to 12% on the same website, I placed another order with the same amount of dollars ($345.64) as the previous one that I made on Aug. 9.
However, NO cashback went to my Rakuten account!! I submitted my receipt on Rakuten website for a few times to ask for the cashback, but nothing happened.
I contacted Rakuten customer service, but got no response. Then after several emails, I eventually got response from a representative, saying " we contacted Dermstore to verify your purchase, it will take about 15 days or maybe 45 days for the process." OMG, I probably have to wait for 45 days for the cashback!
I have already received the order and started using the products.
It's still uncertain if I can eventually get my cashback. It's annoying!

I was trying to pay for airline tickets and it took my money without confirmation. Now, I'm having trouble getting my money back.
Your company is quick in taking the money out, but not quick enough to return the funds. I had a great deal for insurance coverage and the total was $409.02. Now I'm not getting the offer or my money back since this is your company making mistakes.
I cannot pay for another ticket since you have taken over $769.62. There is no number to call for a refund!

I made an inspired purchase at Macy's. It supposedly takes 7 days to get your cash back posted.
It is now 11 days, 7 emails with the original receipt, and everything else they requested, and still no cash back? This is a scam!

It's a $259 gift card and it's not cheap; it cost me a lot of money to afford it.

I purchased a brand new iPhone 15+ from Consumer Cellular with a $35 monthly plan on 8/6/24 for the amount of $87.06. This qualifies me for the $75 cashback.
I started my purchase on the website with Rakuten active.
The website was having issues, so we finished the purchase over the phone with Consumer Cellular. Because the company was having an issue and I had to purchase my product over their 1-800 number, I should not be excluded from the cashback offer.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I complained that I had never received my August 15th payment.
I used my email and password for Rakuten, but it kept telling me it's the wrong email or password. If it's the wrong password, then let me use a new password, but there were no options.
Every three months, on the 15th of the month, I would receive my Big Check. Today is August 29th and I still have not received my check.
I received a notice that my next check is coming on November 15th! Where is my August check?

I keep purchasing from your website and keep getting amazing emails about my cash back, but this is ridiculous because all I'm getting is promises and emails, but no cash back, and no fat check like you're promising customers. I really wonder if the participating businesses know that you promise their customers checks and cash back, but it never comes. So please, if you don't deliver on your promises, just let me know so I can notify the businesses and the poor customers who believe your nonsense and lies.

I wasn't able to speak with live Rep from Rakuten? Is there another phone number for Rakuten or former services called ebates?
My cashback balance wasn't sent to my correct email or through paypal where it should'vebeen directed. Because of this mishap through Rakuten email accounts recognitionI can not get my money.

The number given here is an electronic voice and advises they no longer provide assistance over the phone. I don't like resolving issues via chat or email.

I placed an order and sent it to the wrong address. I would like to cancel it and redo the order.
I enjoy shopping at Rakuten, have shopped there in the past, and continue to enjoy the cash back. I would like this issue taken care of as soon as possible, as I sent it to an address where my daughter was in college and not to her current address. Please help me with this matter.
I've already called Klarna. They know that I am requesting a cancellation of this order so that I can place it again.
