7704 pts were returned to my acct on 8/7, and I was told to contact them to get paid. I finally found a phone number, and then it went to nowhere, and then was dropped.

No one to call and talk to. Recording states to go online to help and send in an inquiry.

I have done this twice within 2 months and nothing.

All I need is my February check to be canceled and sent to my PayPal. It's been over 90 days and the banks will not accept it.

They never added my cashback even after I provided multiple screenshots showing what they asked, and they never even bothered replying to me. Don't trust this company!

Placing a large order from Nordstrom on Rakuten, and Rakuten is not recognizing my physical address. I've ordered numerous times over the years from different companies, particularly from Macy's on Rakuten, and never had Rakuten not recognize my physical address!

I was contacted by text then WhatsApp by a woman named Lila who says she works for Rakuten and offered me a paid position to perform Rakuten merchant product reviews.

I want to verify that she is legit.

I made a $552 purchase through Alibaba and i activated the Rakuten app and did not get my reward. This is the second time this happened

I am struggling to make a withdrawal. My account is not activated, and I forgot the withdrawal password.

I was supposed to get cash back and they claim I received it but I didn't. There is no way to contact them.

I tried closing the account and even though I'm signed in, it wants me to sign in again to close the account. It says something went wrong when I enter my info to sign in and close. All the help is and endless loop back tothe same spot.

I turned off the externion in my browse and it still comes up. I'm being held hostage by thier software.

Im trying to set up PayPal as method of receiving cash back, but not receiving the verification code in email. Its going to an encrypted account created by Apple (I signed in to the Rakuten app through my Apple account). Is there a way to send the verification any other way?

I purchased 4 new tires and wheels from Discount Tire totaling $1830.77 on 5/6/25. I made sure I activated the Rakuten cash-back and I made a screen-shot of the activation saved to my computer showing it was activated at time of purchase.

Nothing pending as of 5/29/25. When I try to use the website to inquire about this and the missing cash-back, I sign in to my account, type in the store name and date of transaction and then the website bounces me back to the sign-in page numerous times using 2 different browsers!! Just a continuous loop of BS! Automated chat is a joke, no real person to chat with.

The number given here for customer service is a joke, too, their recording says they won't deal with you on the phone and to use the website instead!! TOTAL BS FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!! There are always a ton of "exceptions" or excuses for eligible cash-back whenever you buy something online from a store through them.

Very deceptive if you don't read the exceptions before a purchase!! This was a much better company under the previous owners when they were Ebates!

You stop payment on a $56.94 check you need to make it right or were not gonna do business and Im gonna call the Better Business Bureau. The ball is in your court.
